First, you have to download and install t-search. T-search is a popular memory editing program. It’s the easier to use of the bunch (there ARE easier to use ones that are packed with spyware, so no thanks) and it’s full of features. In this case we’re only going to use the most basic of the features, so don’t worry: this is going to be easy.
- Open up Little Shop of Treasures 2 as well as T-search.
- Switch to t-search and click on “open process”. Choose “LittleShopOfTreasures2.exe.”
- Switch to the game and go into a game screen. Look at the timer on the top right, and click on the menu to pause the game when it’s down to 4:55. That translates to 295 seconds.
- In t-search, click on “search” (left side, first magnifier) and look for an exact value of 295 at 4 bytes. Click OK. It’ll find a lot of values. Click OK.
- Now go back into the game and let the timer tick down again for 5 seconds. So now we’re stopping the timer at 4:50 and in seconds that’s 290.
- Go back to t-search and click on “search again” (the second magnifier) and now look for 290. T-search should return ONE value. That’s the address we’re looking for.
- Double click on it to add to the cheat table.
- In the cheat table, click on the little box right under “description” and you should be able to freeze the value.
- Go back to the game and you’d see that the clock has been stopped! Yippee!
The whole process takes me about a minute or less. You have to do it for each individual stage since the address will change. Here’s a video (click here for a bigger version.)

Hi Sally
i tried what you said, but i got only 2 adresses and the second time none. could you find where i went wrong. i got the game from reflexive
Thanx for your time

Hi An,
most likely the timing was wrong. You have to wait until the timer says a certain time then click on “menu” to pause quickly.
If you got two addresses, try adding them both to the table and freezing one at a time to see which one works.

Hi Sally
I stopped at 4:55 and paused, but still the same.at 4:50 no adress.
I did the one at a time freezing, noluck at all.
do you have another suggestion.
by the way how do you know the exact value. i’ve had a lot of the timer games, but never could stop the time and mostly the last levels are very hard to beat so i had to leave it and search for trainers, but sometimes they wacked my pc with spyware/trojans and other unwanted stuff.now i’m stuck with a lot of unfinished games.:-)

Did you make sure that you were looking for 4×60+55 seconds (295 I think) as a 4 byte value? It should find something. If you’re not sure if you’re finding the right value the second time, you can also try to find a value that has “decreased” the second time instead of an exact value.
Usually I’d just write a trainer, but this one has protection against DMA circumvention – so in order to make a trainer that works, I’d have to decompile the executable and I’m not one to distribute “modified” executables because that’s not legal. 🙂

Hi Sally
noluck at all, tried everything you suggest
thank you for your time, gonna try to beat it without time stop. \its actuely not a hard game,i’m almost done, but i cant find de ? so fast. i have to do it with one each time.
is it possible to freeze the hints?? if you find out let me know,
bye for now

Hi Ana, take a look at the new video I just uploaded and see if that’s exactly what you did. I’ve been trying to find the hint #, but keep hitting the “display” number instead of the underlying hints. I’ll let you know if I manage to find it.

Hi Sally,
i did what the video shows, this time i got everytime 3 adresses. i think its a matter of timing, but i dont know when is the right time, exactly when you see 4:50 or just before it jump to 4:50. I’m still trying. although i unlocked the blitz mode in between searching 🙂

I used your instructions on the first “Little Shop” game. I used “littleshopoftreasures.RWG” (NOT .exe) as the Open Process file, and everything worked fine. It might depend on where you downloaded the game (GameHouse, RealArcade, Reflexive, etc).
Thank you for the very detailed help with T-Search … I would have been lost without it. After I complete “Little Shop 1”, I plan to tackle “Little Shop 2”.

Marty/ you’re welcome.
It completely depends on where you download it. BFG has the RWG file, reflexive’s come in an exe, and I don’t remember what it is for gamehouse.

You can choose to display images or animations within posts.
That said, I trust Dell and don’t think they’d do that,
but its good security to watch. I once saw a peer include a list of “publications” in his r.
